Easy Holiday Peppermint Bubbly  Ingredients for 1 Drink: 1 shot Peppermint Schnapps Champagne 1 mini candy cane stick      Glass Rim:      Melted Chocolate     Peppermint candy pieces How-To: First & foremost: Grab a cutie champagne flute! Melt some chocolate on a small plate and crush up some candy cane pieces. Dip the rim of the champagne flute into the melted chocolate and then into the candy cane pieces. The chocolate may drip a tiny bit down the glass while it's hardening, but I think it enhances the holiday vibes!! Next: Pour the shot of Peppermint Schnapps into the rimmed champagne glass and fill the rest of the glass with champagne. Finally: Throw a mini candy cane into the glass and serve! Being born and raised in the Poconos of Pennsylvania, I thought it was only fitting for me to write up a blog about one of my favorite spots to visit when I make trips home. I live in Pittsburgh full time, but I love coming home to the Poconos to see my family and catch a break from city living. Skytop Lodge is a luxury family resort in this neck of the woods. Since the lodge is pretty close to my hometown, I've never booked a room or stayed the night, but I can vouch for a ton of other perks this place has to offer. SOOOO let me tell ya about my visits!!
